The FSA is being abolished and will be replaced by two regulators, the Prudential Regulatory Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority. There will also be a new Financial Policy Committee of the Bank of England to manage the stability of the UK financial system. An important new Consultation Paper was published last Thursday and covered by the Financial Times - UK edition - on Friday.
