Двусмысленно как-то... То ли некоммерческие конференции, то ли отраслевые конференции по тематике некоммерческих организаций... В английском принята фраза "non-profit industry", т.е., некоммерческие организации часто рассматриваются как отрасль. По-русски мы так обычно не думаем...
