On 19 January 2010 Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Estonia sent note verbale to Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Republic of Estonia answering that according to the decision of H.E. Mr. Oleksandr Turchynov, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, of January 4, 2010 #62791/3/1-09, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has been designated as a governmental body, responsible for pre-trial adjustment of the said dispute from Ukrainian Side.
