может быть, перевести как "удельное отчетное соотношение", но в скобках раскрыть смысл.
а смысл следющуий:
"...the proportional reporting ratio (PRR) is the proportion of spontaneous reports for a given drug that are linked to a specific adverse outcome, divided by the corresponding proportion for all or several other drugs."
как я понимаю, здесь скрыто следующее: "доля непосредственных сообщений о специфических неблагоприятных исходах после применения конкретного препарата, разделенная на соответствующую долю аналогичных сообщений обо всех или некоторых других препаратах.
т.е. показатель используется в фармакологии для оценки эффективности препаратов, точнее их вредности, я так понимаю.
вообюще, судя по Гуглу, этот показатель еще не научились переводить, однако нашелся один вариант, хотя мне он кажется непонятным "отношением пропорций сообщений", если интересно это здесь http://www.rmj.ru/articles_6120.htm

поищите в гугле на английском, там раскрывается еще один смысл:

а вот это (PMR) уже описано в литературе:

An innovative signal-detection technique called proportional reporting ratio (PRR) analysis does away with the problem of finding denominator data and also with possible biases due to the higher rate of reporting during a drug's early years on the market. (36) Using PRR, one looks at all reports received for a drug and determines what percentage contains a specific adverse event term. That percentage is the proportional reporting rate for that drug. A similar calculation is done to determine what percentage of adverse event reports for all other drugs contains the adverse event term. Then the PRR--the ratio of the proportional reporting rates--is calculated.

Abstract
Purpose
To compare the results of drug safety data mining with three different algorithms, when adverse events are identified using MedDRA1 Preferred Terms (PT) vs. High Level Terms (HLT) vs. Standardised MedDRA Queries (SMQ).

Methods
For a representative set of 26 drugs, data from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS) database from 2001 through 2005 was mined for signals of disproportionate reporting (SDRs) using three different data mining algorithms (DMAs): the Gamma Poisson Shrinker (GPS), the urn-model algorithm (URN), and the proportional reporting rate (PRR) algorithm. Results were evaluated using a previously described Reference Event Database (RED) which contains documented drug–event associations for the 26 drugs. Analysis emphasized the percentage of SDRs in the “unlabeled supported” category, corresponding to those adverse events that were not described in the U.S. prescribing information for the drug at the time of its approval, but which were supported by some published evidence for an association with the drug.

Общепринятого русского эквивалента нет. Если встречается однократно, проще дать описательный перевод (доля сообщений об определенном НЯ среди всех сообщений обо всех НЯ препарата, полученных за определенный период). Если мелькает везде можно создать термин-кальку (пропорциональная доля сообщений), дав при первом упоминании приведенную выше расшифровку.
