относится к his claims только, по моему, речь о зачёте требований, а не о компенсации offset = set off - проводить зачёт требований, взаимозачёт ....а клиент может проводить зачёт требований, только если его требования признаются кредитной организацией, если они представлены в той же валюте и если их размер превышает размер обязательств. |
