Добрый день,

Проверьте, пожалуйста, по возможности помогите исправить "корявости", не нравится мне перевод, не звучит

Оригинал:
Сторона, которая не может исполнить свои обязательства по контракту в связи с наступлением обстоятельства непреодолимой силы, обязана в течение 48 часов в письменной форме уведомить другую сторону о наступлении этих обстоятельств и о предполагаемом сроке их действия.

Перевод:
A Party who is not able to perform its contractual obligations due to force majeure shall report in writing another Party about these force majeure events and its expected duration within 48 hours.

я думаю, что в целом всё неплохо звучит. единственное, может быть, стоит заменить "обстоятельства непреодолимой силы" на "форс-мажорные обстоятельства", либо на "чрезвычайные обстоятельства". По поводу "предполагаемого срока действия", можно ещё сказать "срок их продолжения" )))
