Помогите, пожалуйста, правильно перевести сноску к пункту Соглашения: Wording to be finalized after FTA relevant provisions in FTA agreed.

Сам пункт соглашения звучит так:
In the selection of appropriate measures, priority shall be given to those which least disturb the functioning of this Agreement. Except in cases described in paragraph [3] below, such measures may not include the suspension of any rights or obligations provided for under provisions of this Agreement, mentioned in paragraph on FTA

И как перевести Negotiating Document?
