Буду признательна за помощь с переводом - что есть "affected shareholder" в след. контексте? Вроде бы на "заинтересованный акционер" не похоже...

Контекст вот:
(a) Each Shareholder shall have the right to acquire the Shares held by the relevant Shareholder (the "affected Shareholder", as appropriate):
(i) if a Consensual Change of Control occurs with respect to the affected Shareholder other than as permitted under Clause 12.1; or
(ii) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law, if an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to the affected Shareholder;
(iii) in respect of a DOI Change of Control,
(A) if, within six (6) months from the relevant DOI Trigger Date, Control over the affected Shareholder has not been acquired by a New Controlling Individual(s) acceptable to the other Shareholder (in its sole discretion) and such other Shareholder shall notify the affected Shareholder of whether the New Controlling Individual(s) are acceptable to such Shareholder and, if relevant, whether there are any conditions to be satisfied before the New Controlling Individual(s) will be acceptable to such Shareholder

Нашла определение, но легче с русским вариантом не стало:
According to 26 USCS § 1377 [Title 26. Internal Revenue Code; Subtitle A. Income Taxes; Chapter 1. Normal Taxes and Surtaxes; Subchapter S. TAX Treatment of S Corporations and their Shareholders; Part IV. Definitions; Miscellaneous], the term affected shareholders means the shareholder whose interest is terminated and all shareholders to whom such shareholder has transferred shares during the taxable year. If such shareholder has transferred shares to the corporation, the term 'affected shareholders' shall include all persons who are shareholders during the taxable year.
