Пожалуйста, помогите перевести. post-placement report , post-adoption report

Слово встречается в следующем контексте: контекста особого нет, но могу сказать что это документы по усыновлению ребенка.
Раньше я post-placement report переводил как пост-усыновительный отчет, пока 5 мин назад не встретил post- adoption report, вот приехал..........

Я думаю что это все же разные слова - когда ребенка усыновляют то в теч 6 мес, он официально там за кардоном считается не усыновленным. Типа вот этот период называется Post-placement (т.е. ребенок находиться и живет с приемными родителями за рубежом, но док-ты на ребенка у родителей нет)
а вот когда доки они получили, тоэ тот период называется Post-Adoption

А вот как переводиться POst-placemen.....не знаю теперь

A progress report tells how a child is adjusting in an adoptive home in the period before finalization. Post-Placement Report: A written report that is prepared for the court in an adoption case by an adoption caseworker that makes a series of personal visits to the home of the adoptive parents. The purpose of these post-placement visits is to observe how well the child and the prospective adoptive parents are bonding to each other and how the child is fitting into the family. This report will also contain a recommendation by the caseworker, based on the caseworker's personal observations and interactions with the child and the members of the adoptive family, concerning whether or not the caseworker thinks it would be in the "best interests of the child" for the proposed adoption of this child by these adoptive parents to take place. In almost all cases, the court will follow the recommendation that the caseworker makes in the Post Placement Report, and in almost all cases, this recommendation will be that the adoption be allowed to take place.

"Отчет (спрака) о помещении (передаче) ребенка в новую семью до официального усыновления" - или

"Справка о нахождении ребенка в новой семье (у новых родителей/ усыновителей) до получения документов об (окончательном) усыновлении".

Мне приходится переводить post-placement reports каждый день. Есть уже устаявшийся перевод: Пост-усыновленческий отчет
Коллеги его используют постоянно, и это проходит в нотариальных конторах.

Пост-усыновленческие отчеты оформляются через 6 месяцев после усыновления, потом еще шесть(то есть через год), потом раз в год в течении следующих двух лет. Документы на усыновление давно получены родителями, по другому они бы не выехали из страны усыновления ребенка. Поэтому с точки зрения перевода, post-placement and post-adoption reports are synonyms.
