The section entitled «Financial Information – Critical Accounting Policies» in the Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus accurately and fairly describes (i) all accounting policies which the Company believes are the most important to the portrayal of the Company’s financial condition and results of operations and which require management’s most difficult, subjective or complex judgments («critical accounting policies»); (ii) judgments and uncertainties affecting the applications of critical accounting policies; and (iii) the likelihood that materially different amounts would be reported under different conditions or using different assumptions; the Company’s board of directors, senior management and audit committee have reviewed and agreed with the selection, application and disclosure of critical accounting policies and have consulted with its legal advisors and independent accountants with regard to such disclosure. спасибо!
