Здравствуйте!
Помогите пожалуйста понять смысл предложения, а точнее фразы "to the satisfaction of the Company"
в данном контексте Company - это компания, которая вносит Equipment в уставный капитал JVC как вклад в натуральной форме

the JVC Equipment shall have been evaluated by an independent appraiser in the amount of not less than [●] and otherwise to the satisfaction of the Company and the monetary value of such JVC Equipment shall have been approved by Board of Directors of the JVC in the amount of not less than [●];

я так и перевожу - к удовлетворению (но я не лойер)
смысл - что у компании нет никаких претензий/возражений/замечаний
