b. The Employer is not liable for and shall not insure the Retained Liabilities as set out in the Contractors All-Risk Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “deductibles”) as follows:

i. US$ 5,000 each and every loss arising out of storm, Tempest, Water damage, Subsidence, Collapse, Landslip, Earthquake, and Fire
ii. US$ 1,500 each and every other loss

c. The contractor shall comply with and be subject to and shall cause any subcontractor to comply with and be subject to the terms exceptions conditions and limitations of the insurance affected by the Employer pursuant to this clause
