doesn't sound like it's written by an english speaker i think what they are saying is that they divided the quoted amount (money/price) into three separate expenses/value positions |

| I deal with quotations on a daily basis. Quotation is a doc you receive from your supplier or seller stating the price of the goods or services you ordered. Position is one of all the three types of goods or services you have requested. The seller usually splits or 'breaks' quotations into parts to show prices of each item. I would translate Quotation position as ценовая позиция. |
