Novation may either mean "novatcia" in Russian i.e. when an agreement is replaced by another agreement between the same parties, or change of parties, i.e. peremena litc v obiazatelstve (the agreement remains unchanged but an assignment or transfer of rights or obligations takes place). Since you mentioned assignment, in your case change of parties is taking place hence the term "novatcia" is irrelevant. You may translate it as "komissia za peremenu storony v obiazatelstve/zamenu kreditora/ustupku prav" whatever you prefer |
