There are some apparent typos here:
"graw" at the end of the first line is presumably "grow"
"Clout's" should probaby be "clouds"
and "Notheaster" is "Nor'easter" (a severe storm with winds from the northeast - a reference to a type of weather in the New England and Mid-Atlantic states of the US)
