Подскажите, пожалуйста, знающие люди, как правильно переводить логический вентиль "qualified or":

QUALIFIED OR high logic threshold (>=n): the output is logic "1" state if and only if at least "n" (or more than "n") inputs are logic "1" state
QUALIFIED OR equivalent (=n): : the output is logic "1" state if and only if at least "n" inputs are logic "1" state
