При наступлении обстоятельств невозможности полного или частичного исполнения любой из сторон обязательств по настоящему Договору, а именно: пожара, стихийных бедствий, войны, военных операций любого характера, блокад, или других, не зависящих от сторон обстоятельств, срок выполнения обязательств по настоящему Договору отодвигается соразмерно времени, в течение которого будут действовать такие обстоятельства.
