Besides, the party "Unite Russia" does not give other parties to state alternative offers. It reminds a monarchy, where the president is a tsar - father a little. In presidential elections there is no competitive spirit, because the successor is observed. In particular, regional elections are not present in our region because the regional head is appointed by Moscow. Meanwhile we can participate in mayoral elections (elections of mayor) and parliamentary elections. Also programs of social policy are very unproductive in our country. For example, the program of health for free-of-charge medical inspection of the population of Russia. As a result, the percent of healthy people appeared is very low, because doctors worked carelessly. Our economy strongly depends upon the oil price. It is very bad, because the prices are unstable . The basic income of the state is the export of the natural recourses. And development of the industry depends upon foreign investments.
