Подскажите, пожалуйста, как переводится словосочетание transmission note? Я перевожу договор на оказание услуг по возврату НДС. Контекст такой:
The Road Haulier undertakes to properly and exhaustively fill in the transmission note on each transmission of invoices. If necessary, incomplete transmission notes will be sent back for completion.
