Добрый вечер,

Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом следующего абзаца. Взят из кредитного договора, приложения к нему "Transfer certificate":

Lender requests *[insert full name of Transferee] (the "Transferee") to accept and procure the
substitution of the Lender by the Transferee in respect of the amount of the Loan to be
transferred as specified in the schedule to this Transfer Certificate by signing this
Transfer Certificate.
