В целях расчета стоимости строительных работ должны приниматься во внимание изменения цен в течение любого года только на черный металл, цемент, дизельное топливо, листовую сталь, профильное (фигурное) железо и взрывчатые вещества, и разница цен на материалы должна быть... а дальше ступор
