The confidentiality obligations of Contractor under this Contract shall not apply when such information: (a) is already known to Contractor; (b) becomes publicly known through no wrongful act of Contractor, but only to the extent made public; (c) is rightly received by Contractor from a third party without a similar restriction and without breach of this Contract; (d) is independently developed by Contractor without breach of this Contract; (e) is approved for release by Company’s written authorization; or (f) is required to be disclosed pursuant to court order or order of a governmental agency or by operation of law.” спасибо!
