Контекст: Exceptions to Duty of Care. The obligations impose upon the parties do not apply to information which Participant can show: (I) is already lawfully in the possession of or know by participant before receiving the information; (ii) is or becomes publicly known through no violation of this Agreement; (iii) is lawfully received by participant from any third party without restriction on disclosure or use; (iv) is independently developed without violating this Agreement by Participant’s employees who have not had access to any of the Confident Information; (v) is required to disclosed by court order following notice sufficient to allow DISL to contest such order; or (vi) is expressly approved in writing, by DISL’s Point of Contact, for release or other use by Participant

Вот этот кусок: "(v) is required to disclosed by court order following notice sufficient to allow DISL to contest such order;" - подлежащая (имеется ввиду информация) раскрытию по распоряжению суда, следующему за извещением, позволяющим DISL оспорить это распоряжение?
