This function is quite critical because the success of the mission depends on the team and because such a mission plays an important role for mankind. Some events, like the start, are unforgettable but require a lot of work and nerves. As soon as it is flying then you always have to be there. If everything works out it is great fun and you may just for a second forget how unique this interplanetary mission is. But if it does not work out, then everybody has to give everything.
