Если убрать it и не обращать внимания на запятые, получается уже лучше (примерно): ... описанного типа в отношении активов, указанных в таком Обеспечительном документе, и эти активы не являются предметом каких-либо более ранних Обеспечительных интересов равного приоритета. |
