well, knowing what i know about the syndrome, i would translate it as дисфагия off the top of my head. i will have to get back to u with a more definitive translation.

on second thought, did u mean nutcracker esophagus, or nutcracker renal vein? u know, giving more context increases ur chances of getting a quality reply.

if the former, my previous suggestion stands. if the latter, then синдром аортомезентерального сдавления левой почечной вены с гематурией
