Помогите, пожалуйста, корректно перевести на юридический английский:
оригинал:
Покупатель осознает и понимает, что подписание настоящего Дополнительного соглашения означает его согласие на приобретение Товара со сроком годности, оговоренным в настоящем пункте.

вариант перевода:
The Buyer realizes and understands that by signing the present Addendum he gives his consent to buy the Goods with the expiration date stipulated in the present clause.

Я была бы более политкорректна:
The Buyer understands and acknowledges that by signing this Additional Agreement they agree to purchase the Goods having the expiration date set forth in this clause hereof.
