RNS SERVICE AGREEMENT8.1 This form must be completed to enable XXX to use RNS, the LSE’s RIS to publish the prospectus and make announcements to the market. 10.3 There are a number of RIS providers who are authorized by the FSA and suitable for XXX’s use. We would suggest using RNS, the LSE’s own RIS. In order to appoint RNS, XXX must complete the RNS Contract (as detailed above).
