прошу помочь мне со следующим предложением. его явно писал сумасшедший, который хотел свести с ума и других. это из договора, пункт, который называется Нормы предоставления услуг.

"The Поставщик shall provide the Services to a standard that ensures that where the speed and quality of service that a customer of the Business experiences during the term of this
Agreement is dependent upon successful delivery of the Services, those Services shall be provided so that such a customer shall be capable of receiving not less than the same speed and quality of service that that or an equivalent customer of the Business would have received on average during the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009, subject to a lesser speed and quality during agreed periods of disruption in accordance with the transfer of the operation of the Services or data processed using the Services from the Поставщик to the Получатель in accordance with the Поставщик and the Получатель's agreed transfer or migration process"
