Phrase is used in the following sentence:"Restricted Equipment" has the meaning given to it in sub-Clause 2.7.1 of Clause 2.6 (Substitute Security). Для ограниченного пользования? Или в ограниченном количестве? Данный термин употребляется в договоре о залоге, и оборудование, насколько мне известно, выступает в качестве залога. Thanks in advance |

| ну раз у вас (Substitute Security), то может быть это средства обеспечения безопасности/средства защиты. А вообще, вам же говорится, значение в контексте подпункта 2.7.1 - вам виднее о чем там ..... |

2.7 Substitute Security 2.7.1 If the Equipment is arrested, seized, confiscated, completely or partially removed from trading circulation (as provided for in Article 129 (2) of the Civil Code) or otherwise appropriated and such arrest, seizure, confiscation, removal from trading circulation or other appropriation continues for more than 30 (thirty) days (the "Restricted Equipment"), then promptly on demand of the Pledgee, the Pledgor must: (a) grant a pledge to the Pledgee over other property owned by it; or (b) provide other Security to the Pledgee, as substitute Security for the pledge of the Restricted Equipment. |
