Как правильно писать отрицание с should:

я тоже думаю, что в первом случае BE NOT ибо гугль так же считает, но вот один мой коллега настаивает на NOT BE

Я иногда для отрицания использую FAIL. Подходит, правда, не везде.

musmiam, fail - это само собой, мне просто интересно было узнать насчет варианта с should

SHUЯEY, в Ваших примерах однозначно нужно использовать "should smth not be done, smth shall happen...", такие конструкции часто-густо встречаются в контрактах у англичан.
