Помогите пож-та перевести: он уполномочен вести переговоры с любыми фирмами по вопросам: 1. заключения договоров на реализацию продукции, выпускаемой ООО "русский лес" (древесина, опилки и т.п.)

спасибо. я тоже склонялась к этому варианту . у меня проблема в последующей формулировке. я вот думаю может так:
he certified to carry on negotiates with any company and discuss such questions as:

Another option: He is duly authorized to negotiate the following matters with any party:

1. sales agreements with OOO Russky Les for their product (...)

2Irisha, i believe the word 'entity' shoudl be singular when using 'any'. IMHO.

2Irisha - now that i am asked to formulate a rule, i'm not so sure. instinctively it seemed that it should have been single, but when put on the spot, i'm always in doubt. i'll try to check to be certain.
