Подскажите как будет ли правильнее в данном контексте сказать "неофициальные финансовые услуги" или "неформальные финансовые услуги" или верны оба варианта:
As a standard calculation of access to finance, we define the group of formally included as a percentage of adult population with access to banking services and services provided by formal, i.e. registered, non-bank financial institutions. The remaining part of adult population is either served informally, or financially excluded.

В Вашем тексте речь идет, скорее всего, об официальных финансовых учреждениях. А formally included, имхо, можно перевести как "официально охваченные". Контекста вообще-то не очень много.
