OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.
(a) NEXENTA and its licensors shall retain sole and exclusive ownership of the Software (and all whole or partial copies thereof), including all intellectual property rights therein. Reseller acknowledges that it has and shall acquire no rights therein. For purposes of this Agreement, “intellectual property rights” shall mean all current and future worldwide intellectual property rights including, without limitation, all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and any and all applications and registrations for any of the foregoing.
