Кто-нибудь встречался с таким? Ни в одном словаре не нашла (в англоязычных тоже), хотя в интернете встречается довольно часто, правда, тоже без объяснения (иногда в скобочках указывается core deposit. Может ли это быть несрочный депозит или депозит без срока (звучит странно)?

Вклады без установленных сроков выплат по ним. Наверняка, в русском делопроизводстве есть более емкий термин, но суть такова. Это могут быть сберегательные вклады или вклады для поддержки финансовых операций. Термин из области управления финансовыми рисками.

In Chapter 3C, we discuss nonmaturity deposits such as savings accounts and MMDA accounts. Even though these deposits have no stated maturity, they do include customers who are rate sensitive. These customers will withdraw their funds if they find a better rate deal. Making assumptions about the rate sensitivity of these deposits is necessary for use in ALM model simulations. We cover this area from the regulatory perspective as well.

я бы немножечко поправил относительно "выплат" - поскольку maturity здесь, скорее имеет смысл "срок (возврата) вклада", которого здесь, как мы видим, нет.
как вариант можно предложить "вклады без срока" (взято из инета, я таких слов не знаю :)

депозиты (в российских реалиях - вклады) до востребования. Иногда почему-то пишут "до востребования" в кавычках. Депозит в РФ вообще-то СРОЧНЫЙ вклад (т.е. maturity). Тогда, пожалуй, лучше было бы "вклады". Но это в зависимости от того, в какой стране.

As a matter of fact, you can cash in your term deposits as well, but you forfeit all interest, don't you? So ALL deposits are technically (and actually) "on call." But not all of them mature unless stated, right? You have little choice with the Russian for "nonmaturity," so do vostrebovaniya might go, imho.
