13.1 You may not assign the Fixed Term Account or any balance in the Fixed Term Account without our prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. If this consent has not issued, we will not accept any notice of assignment of the balance in the Fixed Term Account. You may not assign your rights under these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions shall inure to your successors.
13.2 We shall be entitled to assign and transfer all our rights and obligations hereunder to an affiliate in the Goldman Sachs Group, licensed to accept deposits, and such assignee or transferee shall be entitled to enforce the same rights against you and will be subject to the same obligations in respect of you as if it were named in this Agreement. спасибо
