Subject: russian legal terminology could anyone plase, for the love of god, educate me as to the difference, if there is any, between правоустанвливающий, правоопределяющий и правоудостоверяющий (sp?)?. even if i have a very vague inkling as to where the boundary between the three may lie, i can't seem to be able to put a finger on it. if u could also indiciate possible ways of translating them into english, i'd be a happy camper. and please, nothing cookie-cutter like title document. i will owe u one.ps rudut, please don't trash my thread until i get at least a couple of quality leads. merci :-)
