Здравствуйте. Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести следующее:
Plimus will calculate on a monthly basis Total Sales Revenue Plus Accumulations together with the Seller's Total Compensation Balance made up to the last calendar day of the previous month, and the resulting total less Deductions and Plimus' standard fees as set out in Exhibit A, will be distributed to the Seller by the fifteenth day of the following month, except if the fifteenth day shall fall on a weekend, in which case distribution shall be on the next business day.

Я в начале совсем запуталась...Компания Plimus ежемесячно подсчитывает общий объем реализации плюс накопления и общий компенсационный остаток Продавца на последний календарный день предыдущего месяца...

Не компенсационный остаток , а остаток вознаграждения, скорее всего. ...И итоговая сумма за вычетом Удержаний и стандартных комиссионных Plimus, указанных во Вставке/Приложении А, выплачивается Продавцу...
