Subject: involve exposure to hazardous materials With or before each delivery, the Contractor shall submit a Material Safety Data sheet for all hazardous material delivered under this Agreement which will involve exposure to hazardous materials or items containing these materials, whether or not it is listed in Appendix A of the Standard. As used in this Article, "hazardous material" is as defined in the latest version of Federal Standard No. 313, including revisions adopted during the term of this Agreement.
