The Fixed Rate Swap Equivalent for each Instalment is then allocated a weight based on the Tenor and amount of that Instalment (a "Weight").

Про Тенор/Срок (для прояснения ситуации, с ним я разобралась):
Each Instalment therefore has a tenor (a "Tenor") equal to the period commencing from the date of the relevant IFC A Loan FXT Utilisation to the date on which such Instalment has been allocated for repayment.
