важное письмо, поправьте, плиз, чтоб не было "ляпов":
Были затронуты следующие вопросы.
1. Снижение стоимости тепловой энергии на 30% согласно последней договоренности между правительствами России и Украины (уже утверждено Украинским Парламентом).
2. Возможное уменьшение стоимости тепловой энергии в случае , если после окончания строительства очистных сооружений , «Роллан» будет отдавать биогаз на тепловую станцию.
По первому вопросу было определено следующее - на сегодняшний день тепловая станция получает газ , как и получала раньше по цене 2182,66 грн. /1000м3 (274 USD/1000m3) с учетом транспортировки. Никакой информации о снижении цены на газ для промышленных предприятий пока нет . В случае , если цена на газ снизится на определенное число %, тепловая станция гарантирует снижение цены на тепловую энергию на такое же число %.

Following questions have been touched on.
1. Reduction of Heat energy cost by 30 % according to the last agreement between the governments of Russia and Ukraine (it is already approved by the Ukrainian Parliament).
2. Possible reduction of cost for heat energy in case Rollan gives biogas back to the boilerhouse after completion of WWTP construction.

Concerning the first point it was defined as follows - at present the boiler house receives gas as it received earlier at the price of 2182,66 UAH/1000m3 (274 USD/1000m3) taking into account transfer. For the time being there is no information about reduction of gas price for the industrial enterprises. In case the price for gas is reduced by a certain %, the boiler house will guarantee reduction of price for heat energy by the same %.

The fist issue has been agreed on as follows: currently the heating station will receive gas at the same price it did earlier - at 2182.66 UAH/1000cbm (274 USD/1000cbm) including transportation costs. Any price reduction for supplying gas to the industrial enterprises has nit been reported yet. Shoud the gas price go down by certain percent, the heating station guarantees it will reduce prices for the supplied energy by the same value.

сегодня по поводу этого письма, пришел ответ:
I am little misunderstood the proposal from Supplier due to translation from Russian to English, could you clarified that additionally:
- Did Supplier is going to install the WWTP with biogas generation with discharging to the river for his own expense, and he propose to us to consider the possibility to discharge our ww to his WWTP;
- Or like it's mentioned on letter in Russian he is requested us to do that and to supply the biogas on his boiler house, then we could have a discount to heat price.
