навряд ли... здесь надо плясать от глагола - to assign (уступать) уступать можно только права (или обязанности) т.е. должно получиться что-то типа обязан уступить Компании право получения выгоды, связанной с такими правами, не обремененное... и т.д. мне так кажется, по крайней мере... |
