(c) The Company shall deliver an invoice to the Distributor for the outstanding balance of the purchase price of the Products ordered pursuant to the Distributor's purchase order promptly at shipment of the Products as required by this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company and the Distributor, the Distributor shall tender payment of the balance of the purchase price stated in each invoice within five (5) working days after the Distributor's receipt of such invoice.
