Subject: is in principle irrecoverable as being too remote law
Notably, in the case of a claim for damages under contract and to a degree in respect of a claim for misrepresentation, a claimant will be subject to certain legal restraints that may operate to limit its ability to claim compensation for the full extent of the loss suffered.
For instance, in general, loss that does not flow naturally from the breach in question, or which was not fairly and reasonably foreseeable, is in principle irrecoverable as being too remote.

Допустим, так: "не подлежат возмещению как не имеющие непосредственного отношения".
