The fleet operators cannot roll out 1k's as the fleet is always on the road and therefore it takes many, many months to introduce product in to the market. Please tell me if your experiences are different, but i have been working with SME's through to Large Global Fleet operators such as WebTech Wireless and the volumes to date are no way near the original target. I appreciate that you need a product to get customers excited, but i believe you should still be in a position to assess the size of a potential market place and the introduction plan. Can you please make some form of indicative market assessment for the opportunities you may have and may be grade them with a probability reference....eg 90% confidence, 30% confidence, etc. We have found that an off the shelf GVN54 is not what the market is looking for. As i mentioned below, each customer whom we are developing the GVN54 for is 70% off-the-shelf and the remaining 30% is customised. |
