Мой вариант

Audit of the company X includes internal (initiative?) and compulsory audit...External audit allow to have an objective view about the financial condition of the company and drow up recommendations to improve business efficiency.

инициативный - это необязательный аудит.

Audit of X includes voluntary and obligatory audit...External obligatory audit allows to an get objective (*) view on financial state of the company and work out recommendations on how to improve effectiveness of the business.

(*) в 99% случаев употребляется "true and fair view" (полная и достоверная информация), но тут автор имел в виду (намеренно или по ошибке) именно объективное представление (objective view).
