Subject: binding authority Доброго вем дня!Подскажите, подалуйста, как правильно перевести название раздела в циркуляре подписей - Representation and binding authority. Далее идет такой текст: The effectiveness of the bindings and documents given or made in the name of the company and the representation of the company; reconciliation, acquittal, disbursements and payments received; ......... cheques, payment orders, bonds issued by the company can be rendered by an exclusive signature of (имя) under the trade name or corporate seal. | английскому термину "binding authority" - соответствует __примерно__ наша "безотзывная доверенность" |
