Almost horizontal mean blood glucose profiles were observed for the medium and the high dose levels of ХХ indicating pharmacodynamic effect during the entire 24-hour clamp at steady state. In contrast, the blood glucose concentration increased around 10to 18 hours for УУ at the medium and high dose levels. Increased mean blood glucose concentrations were observed especially for the low dose levels of both ХХ and УУ indicating inadequate pharmacodynamic effect to maintain glucose clamp levels at these doses for some subjects
