Первый подзаголовок в разделе:

Время выхода на заданную мощность автономных сиcтем?

Далее второй подзаголовок :

Контекст:
For fuel cell power systems designed for stand-alone operations (i.e., independent from the electrical grid), this test procedure is designed to determine the maximum electrical power transient that a fuel cell power system can accept without changing operating mode. The test shall be conducted feeding a resistive load.
The net electrical power output, measured in accordance with 7.3.1, is monitored continuously during this test.
An electrical power transient is deemed acceptable to the fuel cell power system if the change in net electrical power output between an initial steady-state value (see 8.1 and Table 4) and a new value of net electrical power output can occur within 20 ms1. Only net electrical power output is monitored; any instability or subsequent variation of other parameters listed in Table 4, as well as system stabilization parameters (as specified by the manufacturer) and total harmonic distortions, is disregarded in this test.
