Согласен с Максом. Обычно в разных корпоративных документах встречается The company shall provide ... to its employees... Obliged - это если ее кто-то другой обязал. |
| А Вы уверены, что shall используется в этом значении в каких-либо документах, помимо договоров? Может, это и не принципиально, но можно у юрперов уточнить. |

more context, please. i just don't get, why be stingy with context if the quality of our responses depends on it? shall, undertakes, acts to - all could be suitable depending on the context. could u not have copy-pasted at least one sentence from ur text? it is just a company code of ethics, not the nasa launch sequence protocol, for chrissake. |

A good thing, I suppose :-) Может, правда не нужно "протокольных" слов? Мало ли, о чем там речь. Можно ли сказать, например: all employees undertake to wear black suits and white shirts. No such thing as dress-down Friday is allowed. :-) |
